Gon Freecss is the protagonist of Yoshihiro Togashi's Hunter × Hunter manga series. As a young boy, Gon discovers that his father, who left him at an early age, is actually a world-renowned Hunter, a licensed professional specializing in fantastic pursuits such as locating rare or unidentified animal species, treasure hunting, surveying unexplored enclaves, or tracking down lawless individuals.
