The paint on the doormats remains intact over time. Discoloration can occur for various reasons, such as continuous use or exposure to sun or rain. To keep it in perfect condition, it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to these elements.

The coconut fibers are attached to the base with glue. For this reason, not all of them are held in the same way, and it is quite normal for some fibers to detach at the beginning.

For cleaning, use a dry method. Use a brush; do not use water or put it in the washing machine.

Each doormat is made from the husk of approximately 25 coconuts. The husks are first "seasoned" in coastal lagoons where they are harvested, then beaten by hand to extract the fibers. The doormats are then hand-painted and colored, one by one, using various stencils. A traditional outdoor sun-drying technique is then used to fix the paint to the doormat's surface. Finally, a non-slip base is added to keep the doormat firmly in place and reduce the risk of slipping.
