All orders placed before 11:00am CEST, Monday through Friday, can be shipped the same day.
2) Delivery to a Relay Point: from €4.45
Service delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Personalized items: Ships in 5-7 weeks.
The withdrawal can be made according to the opening hours of the selected relay point.

3) Express Delivery: from €19.95
Fast delivery available, within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery tracking
You can track the delivery of your Products by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email or from the "Orders" tab in your customer area. Please note that these links will redirect you to the courier's website, which we do not control.
Please note:
- Our aim is to deliver within the above mentioned timeframes, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.
- We will not be able to change the delivery address of Orders following confirmation of the Order.
- Title and risk of loss of your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
